Team NExXGEN is more than a travel club — it is a developmental pipeline where the best players in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania come to showcase their talent in front of the vast network of college coaches who follow our teams. Built on 15 years of combined experience and the hundreds of college contacts in our rolodex, our players get opportunities other programs can't deliver. A former 14-yer pro, NBA skills trainer and award winning coach, he built XGEN Elite from the ground up with a mission to spread the game of basketball, develop confident, disciplined players both on and off the court, and to give back to the next generation of players.

Matt Oswalt
A former high school coach with deep roots in East Coast basketball, he has spent over a decade connecting talent with opportunities that fit. An elite evaluator and mentor, his opinion is respected and valued by college programs nation-wide.
